Dawn Torres has been in the title industry since 2003 and has been a licensed title producer since 2004. Her goal is to make sure everyone has a great experience and receives the information they need when obtaining/refinancing a home. She wants everyone to feel that their settlement was personal and memorable. Dawn handles her entire files, from start to post-closing.
Prior to working the title service industry, she studied project management and was a project manager for various construction and landscaping companies in Maryland and California.
Dawn is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 kids and pets.
