Christopher Staiti has been practicing law in Maryland since 2004 and first became a Maryland title insurance producer in 2007.  In addition to title services, Mr. Staiti maintains an active civil litigation practice through the Staiti Law Firm with a focus on real estate. Being backed by his law firm means Bridge Title’s clients can expect prompt and efficient resolution of title issues that can arise from trusts, probate, property rights, and boundary disputes. 

Few attorneys can match Mr. Staiti’s unique and diverse background.  Prior to starting his legal career in his early thirties, he completed title abstracts for commercial lending projects, completed Phase I and II environmental site assessments as an environmental consultant/geologist, and partially owned an eastern shore-based mortgage brokerage.  His wide range of professional experiences has allowed him to understand almost every aspect of the settlement process, both residential and commercial; knowledge that translates to prompt resolutions when needed.

When not working, Christopher enjoys coaching youth athletics, mountain biking, and nature walks with his family.
