- preexisting relationships among buyers and sellers
that lend themselves neatly to party directed sales and transfers. That said, such transactions still require appropriate documentation, especially where lender financing is necessary to fund those sales. As such, and through its partner, Staiti Law Firm, Bridge Title can supply FSBO Document packages that can include:
- standard contracts for sale,
- powers of attorney,
- required notices/disclosures,
- customizable addendums
- private financing packages that include: secured promissory note, deed of trust, and balloon riders,
